Following a merger of two Asset Management companies, we were
commissioned to assist with the preparation for a BS7799-2:2002 Periodic
Audit. Our role included the following tasks:
Identify potential strengths and weaknesses within the current ISMS;
Provide an action list to correct areas of weakness identified in the
merger project and provide guidance in re-certifying the BS7799-2:2002
ISMS;
Assess the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures in moving
forward;
Provide expert advice that enabling the company to go ahead with a
certification body periodic audit against BS7799-2:2002.
